Service Overview

Our goal is to create a cooperation model in which the external partner KLAVO is able to take over and effectively manage resources that are not the core responsibilities of substantive staff. To this end, we have created three applications, indispensable for effective management of staff and events:

  • KLAVO CHECK LIST
  • BOSZ
  • OMI

KLAVO CHECK LIST

The primary purpose of the application is to facilitate and streamline guest list verification at events – both private events and ticketed events, as well as those requiring only registration.

Additional features available in the application allow for quick updating of visitor contact details and maintaining regular email contact with them. All of this in a few simple steps:

  • We create events in the application
  • We import the regular guest list from Excel into the application. We can then group, edit and sort guests in any way we like.
  • Arriving guests are found by entering their first name, surname or the name of the institution they represent.
When marking a guest's attendance, there is the option to add contact information such as email and phone number to the Klavo Check List database. This option means your institution will maintain a database containing essential information about visiting guests.

  • you will never again need multi-page lists of invited guests
  • you will avoid errors when checking the guest list
  • in a few seconds you will send thank-you emails to everyone who attended your event you will modernize the image of your institution

    The application is adapted for use on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.

    BOSZ

    This is a service that aims to monitor customer opinions at Cultural Institutions in real time:

  • using the CAPI method, i.e. conducting interviews with respondents using mobile devices such as tablets, and
  • using the CAWI method, i.e. direct online interviews conducted in cooperation with the Ankieteo panel.
  • results can also be collected from cash registers and the institution's website
  • the survey can also be attached to an audioguide
  • The primary advantage is the ability to share results directly from the panel on the institution's website, Facebook profile and others.

    It is also possible to export results to a file, allowing us to quickly send our results to selected entities.

    Results can be shared via a link to the application, where we set a password and select the questions we wish to share with chosen entities.

    The application is adapted for use on mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.

    OMI

    The "OMI" application is a service that simplifies the process of hiring staff with the appropriate competencies and supports the organisation of events in cultural institutions.

    The OMI application allows:

  • cultural institutions to create and then manage events for audiences in a convenient way
  • effective management of institution schedules and the quick hiring of appropriate staff for event service
  • bypassing the time-consuming stage of verifying staff competencies during job interviews
  • The system is intuitively simple to use and allows staff to be found according to the required qualifications for event service. A staff member can be hired for a one-off event or for an entire month. Hiring staff by the hour makes it possible to eliminate the costs associated with permanent employment.
